Air Blue Lets was founded in 2016 with a vision of helping property owners to unlock the full potential of their homes whilst away and with strong tourist demands in London and the recent surge in home sharing platforms. Guests needs have evolved from wanting bland and cold hotel rooms to modern and characterful homes in the heart of the city. Air Blue Lets facilitate this by providing guests a way in which to live like a local but enjoy all the perks of a hotel from fresh linen to 24/7 support, all whilst ensuring profitability to the owners who use our services to rent their homes.
Consistent growth has now seen our company expand our reach from homeowners to now partnering with forward-thinking estate agents who are looking to offer their clients more by (short) letting their portfolios during a sale or in between a tenancy.
Furthermore, with growing customer demands to further expand our management service to include long let management, meaning Air Blue Lets now offers a full management and tenant finder service for your investment property.

We are glad to assist clients located in zones 1 and 2 of central London. We are, however, currently working to broaden the reach of our offerings.

+ Where do you advertise my home?
We use a variety of major platforms, including PrimeLocation, Zoopla, and Airbnb, to advertise your properties. In addition, our service includes a fully-managed video shoot for your property, which we will use to promote on social media sites like TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube.
+ I have a property that I’d like to be managed what happens next?
We would come out to your property provide a valuation, answer any questions, take photos, list it and have your home rented. (Easy!)
Short Lettings:
+ Who’s going to be staying in my home?
We make sure that all guests are fully vetted and screened by our team. This means that all guests will have to provide valid identification upon arrival, security deposits are taken for each booking, and guests are physically checked into your home.
+ Can I block out certain dates or periods when I don't want to offer my property for short lets?
Yes! You can block off any days that you do not want tenants to stay in your property whether that be for personal use or any other reason.
+ What is your cancellation policy for short-term bookings?
Cancellation policies can vary from flexible to strict depending on your preference. Contact one of our agents to learn more about different policies.
+ What services are included between short let stays, such as linens, cleaning, etc?
Between guest stays, we take care of linens, cleaning, and assorted maintenence to provide you with hassle-free management!
Long Lettings:
+ How do you screen tenants for my property?
We screen tenants by checking a number of references including but not limited to: right-to-rent check, credit check, work reference, letting reference, along with document verfication, etc.
+ How do you handle repairs and maintenace requests from tenants
Our network of contractors are on standby to resolve any issues, big or small, that a tenant may have on the property. After contacting us, we can promptly assess the request and swiftly take action to remedy the issue and have your property back in tiptop shape!
+ How will you market my property?
We use multiple different avenues to market your property including Zoopla, PrimeLocation, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, and the Air Blue Lets Website.
